Chuck McGuire, Director of Cooperative Competency
Chuck McGuire, Director of Cooperatice Competency, is responsible for development and execution of training standards focused around customer service. He provides leadership and training to the company’s regional and district mangers, and maintains open lines of communication with Avascend clients. Along with the management team, McGuire works to ensure that individual property managers have the necessary training, resources, and tools to manage their businesses successfully.
Before becoming Director of Cooperative Competency, McGuire was a regional manager for the Midwest division of Avascend, working day-to-day with individual property managers, their associates, and the company’s clients.
McGuire graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Journalism and holds a Masters of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary.
