Jonathan Mounce CPA, Controller

As the controller, Jonathan Mounce provides both strategic and operational guidance regarding Avascend's financial growth and continued profitability. Primarily Mounce oversees all day-to-day financial responsibilities and works in conjunction with the sales and operational departments. He also reviews all sales proposals, provides financial analysis, prepares financial statements, approves invoicing, and manages daily cash flow. Mounce holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UMKC and is a Certified Public Accountant. Previously he was an assistant controller for a subsidiary of a large metropolitan hospital in Kansas City, overseeing the hospice and home healthcare divisions.
